Our downtown Dallas based corporate HR group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team.  This person will be responsible for firm-wide talent acquisition including campus recruiting and experienced hires.  You will consult with firm leadership on a regular basis and must be able to perform in a fast paced, global environment.  Previous exposure to OFCCP, EEO, AAP, visas, campus recruiting, mobility and recognition programs are all preferred and will help ensure success.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition point of contact for the firm:
    • Respond to all Talent Acquisition related inquiries from hiring managers and internal partners including OFCCP and visa related questions.
    • Interface with firm leaders and attend staffing meetings to understand current and future staffing needs and priorities.
    • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis related to hiring.
    • Recruiting Agency touch point.
  • Requisition and Candidate management in iCIMS:
    • Creation of requisitions including proper job profile selection and approvals prior to posting.
    • Review applications and portfolios for fit and submit to hiring managers when appropriate.
    • Conduct phone screens with candidates and submit notes to hiring managers.
    • Coordinate and participate in interviews with hiring team.
    • Shepherd hiring managers through offer creation, approval and extension.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of talent by using LinkedIn Recruiter to source and organize passive and active talent pools.
  • Work closely with HKS Marketing Communications team to serve as HKS Employer Brand champion and Glassdoor/LinkedIn point of contact.
  • Candidate Experience champion.
  • Responsible for campus recruiting strategy and execution.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience is required; experience in both an agency and corporate environment is strongly preferred as is experience in Architecture/Design.
  • Qualified applicants will be comfortable communicating verbally and in writing with the highest levels of leadership in an organization including the C-suite.
  • Applicants must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment as an individual contributor and a leader; change management, building consensus and collaborating with other functions inside of the firm are key desired strengths.
  • Experience working in the LinkedIn Recruiter platform is required; expert level mastery and certification is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working inside of an OFCCP compliant hiring framework is preferred.
  • Previous HR generalist experience (benefits, employee relations, HRIS, payroll, etc.) is strongly preferred.
  • Strong networking skills are critical to this role.
  • Previous experience working with iCIMS and Workday is preferred.
