Our downtown Dallas based corporate HR group is seeking a Human Resources Operations Manager to join the team.  This person will be responsible for maximizing operational efficiency of the human resources department as well as managing delivery of human resources projects with other departments.

Responsibilities

  • The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for driving collaboration between all HR functions including:
    • Compliance
    • Benefits
    • HRIS
    • Talent Acquisition
    • Global Payroll
    • International HR (Mexico and London)
  • This person will also be responsible for project management of all cross-department initiatives with IT, Marketing Communications, Accounting, Professional Development as well as our internal design studios. Internal HR projects may include compensation analysis, talent management and diversity & inclusion.
  • Being an HR subject matter expert and initial point of contact for the business lines will also be an aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of human resources generalist experience is required; experience working in the professional services industry is strongly preferred.
  • Qualified applicants will be comfortable communicating verbally and in writing with the senior most levels of leadership of an organization, including the C-suite.
  • Applicants must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment as an individual contributor and a leader; change management, building consensus and collaborating with other functions inside of the firm are key desired strengths.
  • Experience working inside of an OFCCP compliant hiring framework is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of an HRIS/HCM tool is required; previous experience working with Workday is preferred.
  • Experience working with immigration and work visas is required.
  • Experience with Affirmative Action Plans is preferred.
  • Experience constructing and proofreading policies and procedures is preferred.
