Our Los Angeles office is seeking an Executive Assistant/Project Manager Support to assist with administaration duties.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications for office leadership.
  • Under minimal supervision, perform desktop publishing activities of both routine and advanced nature, for reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Assist in various general administrative support duties for multiple members of leadership as needed, including but not limited to:
    • Travel coordination
    • Expense reports
    • Project paperwork (meeting notes, contracts, forms, filing, etc.)
  • Assist Project Managers on project work within the office, including but not limited to:
    • Contracts
    • Additional Service Letters
    • Invoice Reconciliation
    • Project scheduling
    • Budgeting
    • Files and Databases
    • Prepare Meeting Minutes for various projects.
  • Assist in utilization of client based project collaboration databases for uploading drawings and/or files.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma and 2+ years of college preferred.
  • 8+ years of related work experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
