Our San Francisco office is looking to hire a Operations Analyst to join the team.

Responsibilities

 

  • Performs administrative duties for executive management when needed.
  • Staff Management:
    • PTO – managing the calendar for project resources.
      • Managing staff on everything from compliance to benefits.
    • Utilization – track efficiency; develop best practices for ensuring staff is billable and on assignments.
    • Assist with Staff Meetings, Assignment Organization, and reporting.
  • HR / On-Boarding – a better experience.
  • Project Administration:
    • Work on consultant contracts, invoices, and additional services.
    • Work with PM’s to invoice, collect, and on additional services.
  • Business Development:
    • Work with Sector Leaders, consistent networking, and new client contact.
  • Develop budgets for the office & sector administration with the Managing Director.
    • Administer budgets, manage budgets, and reconcile all costs and expenses to approved
      budgets for 2018.

 

Qualifications

Experience/Training

  • High School Diploma + 2 years college preferred.
  • Typically 8+ years of related experience.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
