    Our Chicago office is seeking a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join the team.



    Essential duties and responsibilities may include any the following, according to assignment.  Duties include those described for Administrative Assistant.  Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.


    • Professionally answer and route all incoming calls
    • Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
    • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
    • Schedule and organize meetings, travel and conferences
    • Coordinate meeting room reservations and manage set-up of meeting rooms for client and internal meetings including scheduling appropriate AV equipment, pin-up boards/posters, ordering lunch and all clean-up
    • Assist teams with documentation or document edits as needed in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, etc. including printing, copying and scanning documents/drawings for professional staff
    • Office maintenance including kitchen, printers (supplies and paper jams), office plants and other tasks as needed
    • Maintain all office supplies – kitchen, office, marketing, coffee service, etc.
    • Support Executive Assistant and Office Leadership as required
    • Assist with planning office events: reserving venue, catering, invitations, etc.


    • High School education
    • Typically 5+ years of related experience
    • Previous experience as a receptionist and of general administration in a fast-paced, corporate office setting would be a plus
    • Demonstrates professionalism by consistently maintaining positive and collaborate attitude with all staff, visitor and clients
    • Good verbal and written communication and client relations skills
    • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines, and respond to changes at short notice
    • Action-oriented individual with a strong, consistent work ethic
    • Punctual, consistent, reliable and patient
    • Intermediate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, InDesign and PowerPoint
    • Experience using Adobe software including InDesign and Illustrator to create and edit graphic materials and presentations would be an advantage
    • Experience in Architecture & Design, Real Estate Development or Hospitality industries a plus
