    Our Phoenix office is seeking a Project Architect to join the Health team. 

    Responsibilities

    • Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Assignments may include higher-level work for training/development purposes
    • Coordinates all project team efforts to facilitate effective execution of project design and the delivery of construction documents
    • Coordinates design group interaction both internally and externally
    • Assist in development of production schedule and manages to that schedule
    • Assist in development of job costs, job budget, and manpower projections
    • Assist in management of project financial performance
    • Exercises skills of persuasion and negotiation on critical issues
    • Supervise and mentor project team of architects, planners, and designers
    • Represents Firm values and goals to clients and team partners

    Qualifications

    • Architectural Master’s degree from an accredited program or equivalent work exerience
    • 7-15 years of experience
    • Healthcare or Commercial experience preferred
    • Architectural Registration required
    • Knowledgeable of CAD and/or BIM and other drafting and presentation tools
    • Clear knowledge and application for trends and requirements for integrated project teams
