    HKS is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join the Global Knowledge Services team. The Knowledge Services Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day management of the company’s intranet, as well as coordinating and maintaining the visual and written site content. This role requires working with key stakeholders, engaging and training users, and monitoring the content relevance life cycle. The successful candidate will work closely with individuals across the firm.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborates with workgroups to develop and update content on company intranet
    • Coordinates with content owners to ensure that information is completed in a timely manner
    • Supports content owners in maintaining active communities
    • Writes and edits content to support communities of practice and business units
    • Builds relationships with content owners and other members of the firm
    • Trains intranet users and content owners
    • Works across departments, sectors and regions to organize and populate online pages and profiles
    • Creates site promotions and internal outreach campaigns
    • Attends meetings and provides insight into discussions
    • Support senior members of the Global Knowledge Services team in the research, planning and implementation of new company resources
    • Special projects as needed

    Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of experience coordinating projects in a professional environment
    • Bachelor’s degree and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Aptitude toward writing and editing for digital platforms
    • Basic understanding of the components of social software and common web-based technologies
    • Knowledge of intranets preferred
    • Experienced with Office applications, including word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
    • Interest or background in marketing, business administration, corporate communications, professional development, human resources or library science is a plus
    • Interest in architecture or design a plus
    • No previous IT experience needed
