    Our Dallas based HR team is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join the team and help support our HR technology tools.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as a key resource on all HR systems, including HRIS, applicant tracking, and Learning applications.
    • Assist with Workday (HRIS & Learning) and iCIMS (applicant tracking) projects including application enhancements / upgrades, new functionality investigation deployment. Activities include conversion to Workday Recruiting, reviewing existing configurations, documentation, testing, deployment plan, user documentation, training, etc.
    • Will assist with any issue resolution arising from the rescinding, correcting, and canceling of transactions in Workday. Monitor various system integrations for errors, and provide basic integration issue troubleshooting.
    • Assist with preparation for annual HR programs such as compliance reporting, open enrollment, and yearly promotions and increases, including requirements gathering & documentation, configuration updates, liaison with IT on technical changes, system testing, deployment/cutover coordination, preparation of documentation & communications, etc.
    • Act as primary training resource and manage development of training for new tools and /or functionality for end users
    • Educate and promote self-service reporting functionality with end users by utilizing various communication and training methodologies
    • Help design, configure, document, and maintain complex reports using Workday and Excel.
    • Help develop, recommend, and help implement policies on reporting standards
    • Provide analytical support on ad hoc projects or requests as needed
    • Manage confidentiality of data by following established security/confidentiality standards
    • Assist in implementing data integrity audits and strategy to ensure data integrity

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
    • At least 2 years Workday HRIS Configuration and Reporting experience
    • Strong analytical and technical abilities; familiar with HR analytics
    • Basic understanding of HRIS database designs, business processes, structures and functions
    • Basic HR acumen with HR certifications (PHR/HRIP, etc.) preferred
    • Basic knowledge of spreadsheet applications, complex formula and macro creation a plus (Excel, SQL)
    • Technical aptitude, with proven experience in reporting, measurement, data analysis and interpretation
    • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills are required; ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyze new issues is critical
    • Candidate must be a team player who possesses strong customer focus, command skills, comfortable implementing change, and dealing with ambiguity. Ability to manage change effectively, always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications is a must.
