    Our HKS Consulting group is looking for outstanding Strategic and Operations Healthcare Planners. 

    Responsibilities

    • Capable of selling and delivering client engagements.
    • Work closely with client teams to define, manage and deliver the project scope.
    • Develop and manage project budgets for consulting services.
    • Lead and participate in the analysis and research of innovative solutions in keeping with current and future healthcare trends.
    • Lead discussions with client’s administrative and clinical staff to deliver projects.
    • Responsible for quality control of project documentation.
    • Maintain current knowledge of healthcare trends and their impact on our clients and HKS services offered.
    • Engage in healthcare strategy, operations, facility planning and design research.
    • Prepare and deliver executive level project report documents.

    Qualifications

    • Advanced degree preferred: Masters, MPH, MBA, or MS
    • RN required
    • 10-20 years of experience working in the healthcare provider setting, including administrative leadership roles; significant consulting experience preferred.
    • Experience in working with architects preferred.
    • Knowledge of healthcare Lean Six Sigma preferred.
    • Simulation tools/experience desired.
    • Willing to travel up to 65 % based on HKS and client needs.
    • Proficient with Microsoft programs, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
