    We are looking for a highly motivated Deltek Vision Administrator. The Deltek Vision Administrator is responsible for maintaining the system, data, workflows, configuration, training and reporting inside of Deltek Vision.


    • Lead the configuration, implementation and ongoing monitoring of the DeltekVision application 
    • Act as a finance subject matter expert for system integration efforts, partnering with our technical systems team
    • Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades and new services, ensuring that systems will operate correctly in current and future environments
    • Oversee integrations between applications and ensure successful communication
    • Support the efficient use of the system
    • Maintain ongoing evaluations of the system
    • Manage and maintain system documentation
    • Create custom workflows and user defined components
    • Import historical records from acquired companies
    • Create custom reports
    • Audit and manage Vision security roles
    • Audit data to determine if there are duplicates or bad data
    • Monitor the applications, as well as document and analyze problems and develop maintenance schedules
    • Troubleshoot errors and issues with staff
    • Coordinate with accounting, HR, IT, marketing and project teams
    • Liaison with Deltekand related vendors 
    • Assist with new hire orientation of the system
    • Assist in the development and delivery of training to users 


    • Four+ years of Deltek Vision experience 
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting preferred, or comparable accounting experience 
    • Understanding of Project Accounting processes and workflows in a professional services environment
    • Ability to comprehend and assist the global finance organization in building requirements for its financial systems enhancements 
    • Experience with SQL

    • Skill in communicating and coordinating work between teams and departments
